Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Our check-in time is between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM you must confirm an Arrival time with the B & B . Check-out time is 11:00 AM can be flexible if prior arrangements are made with the Host , after 12:00 noon or later a 50% Late fee will be charged. We do not operate a 24 hour Front Desk.
Q: What currency are the Rates quoted is it Canadian or US Dollars?
A: All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars, we may accept US dollars based on current exchange rate, but may differ on check-in, if paying cash Canadian Dollar is preferred
Q: Are there taxes on top of the room rate?
A: Yes the HST will be added at check-in
Q: Can we arrive late in event of flight delays?
A: Yes ..only if you have called and make prior arrangements, we do not have a 24 hour Front desk check-in after the last check-in time you are considered a “ NO Show”
Q: Is there a Curfew enforced?
A: No there is no curfew at any time, but if your return is extremely late please observe ”Quiet Time “ if others are sleeping.
Q: At what time is the Breakfast served and where?
A: A complimentary Continental Breakfast is served in our Dining area in the kitchen between 8:00 Am to 9:00 Am Kitchen is closed after 9:30 Am for other duties
Q: Is the area Safe and clean?
A: The area is very safe we are located in the Heart of the city and have never encounter any problems, we ourselves have lived in Mississauga for 44 years no guests have ever complained. This home is maintained in an immaculate condition. We currently reside on the premises.
Q: What is required to make a Reservation?
A: A one night deposit secured by a Credit Card and the balance is due when you check-in

Q: Are there Phones in the Room?
A: No ..you may ask before you use a phone for a local phone call
Q: Are there Laundry facility available onsite?
A: NO but a very Nice Laundromat is just next door in the Plaza
Q: Is there a Kitchen available for guests to use?
A: No cooking no kitchen use if you wish to use Microwave to heat up something please ask before entering , we live here and all items in the kitchen is for Private use only.
Q: Do you give Seniors and longer stays a Discount?
A: Yes we welcome Seniors ( we do not have wheelchair access) if they ask for a discount we will give one, We are happy to discuss with you when you make your enquiries for a longer stay.
Q: Is someone there on duty all day?
A: No we do not operate a 24 hour Front Desk, but we do reside here to take care of things if you have a questions or need assistance please do so before 9:00 PM you may call the Mobile line in case of an Emergency. We are still accessible 24 hours.
